        "text": "I recently took my aunt and my mother to this office for testing and hear aid.  I found this office by searching the web and now I am convinced that the reviews online make a huge difference and that is why I'm investing some of my time to let everyone know what an amazing this place is.  If you or a loved one is looking for a hearing aid place, look no further.  This is the place for you.  The office is clean, the appointment time is respected on time and the knowledge and the care of the office staff is unbelievable.  Both Ellen and Philip are very kind and caring individuals.  In addition, Ellen puts 100% of her heart and knowledge into helping the patient.  Believe me, she knows a lot about hearing issues and how to best assist you with your specific needs.  My mother has suffered a hearing loss for many years and I had been to different hearing aid offices before, but this one caught me by a pleasant surprise.  Sweet Ellen knew exactly what my mother needed and programmed the device the way mom needed to fit her needs.  She showed hearing aid options no other office had ever done before and did not mind investing all of her time to explain all the details about each hearing aid and the benefits of them.  I have recommended all my family and friends to visit Ellen when in need of hearing help.  I feel very lucky for finding this place.",

        "text": "I was visiting family recently in Pasadena and I failed to pack my charger for my Starkey hearing aids. I thought about ordering another one from you know where and have it delivered to Pasadena but it was very expensive and would get to me there with only 2 days left on my trip. I was lucky enough to find the friendly people at Hearing Aid Station in Glendale, only a 10 minute drive away. I called and Ellen offered to loan me one of their demo chargers for the 3 days I had left in town. IT WAS SO MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you Ellen and the Hearing Aid Station.",

        "text": "Nicest people work here.  I am in my mid 50\u2019s. My cousin showed me her hearing aids and I tried them and noticed that my hearing was better.\n\nI met with Ellen who is very knowledgeable and honest.\nI had hearing test and my hearing was not bad enough to get hearing aids. I was glad that Ellen did not try to sell me something that I did not need. She gave me good explanation and is a good listener. I am planning to go back yearly to check my hearing.\n\nMaria is very nice too. She was helpful with making the appointment for me.\n\nI would definitely recommend Ellen if you need hearing aids!",

        "text": "While visiting family in the area, a long way from home(Columbus, Ohio). I somehow forgot to pack my hearing aid charger. After a frantic search I found the Hearing Station. They were willing to loan me a charger for my stay in California. No worries no deposit just a hand shake and a promise.\nFor anyone looking to get hearing aids, I strongly recommend the Hearing Station. You don\u2019t find that that kind of service just anywhere. A company that values trust and service over a quick $$. Thank you Hearing Station!!! I will see you on Monday!!",
